Find your ancestorsLUCAN: FROM €349,995 HOUSES ON THE last segment of the Tullyhall site in Lucan, Co Dublin come to the market this week.
Tullyhall is a scheme of over 200 houses near Lucan village. Developed by Hollioake Homes, the scheme was first launched in 2000.
Now a new segment of the site has been developed. This section will comprise 60 new houses when complete.
Some 32 of these houses come to the market this week through Sherry FitzGerald New Homes.
Prices start at €349,995 for a three-bedroom terraced house with 101sq m (1,087sq ft) of space. Three-bedroom semi-detached houses with 108sq m (1,162sq ft) of space are priced from €364,995.
Four-bedroom detached houses with 130sq m (1,399sq ft) of space are priced from €495,000.
Houses in this section of the Tullyhall development have been totally redesigned by Peter White Architects.
There are six different house types on offer, including a rather unusual looking three-storey four-bedroom house which has most of its windows to the side and back of the property - rather than the front.
The site has two access points - off Griffeen Avenue and also off the new Adamstown Link Road.
Standard features at Tullyhall include good-sized reception rooms and bathrooms.
Kitchens have walnut and cream fitted units and ceramic wall tiling. Bathrooms and en suites also have good wall tiling.
Houses will be ready for occupation in autumn, according to selling agent Jackie Horan.
Aside from the amenities at Lucan village, the scheme is in striking distance of Liffey Valley shopping centre.
