Location: 133 & 135 Morehampton Road, Dublin 4. Proposed development: demolish majority of structures (with retention of some external walls) for a building with three two-bed apartments, retail, café bar/restaurant and site works. Applicant: James Madigan and Sons.

DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Superquinn, Seamus Ennis Road, Finglas, Dublin 11. Location: site at the end of Railway Avenue, Sutton, Dublin 13. Proposed development: demolish two factory units and associated buildings. Modify Engine House to provide residential accommodation. New residential scheme on the site with 82 units in three three, five and eight-storey blocks, and a two-storey building for a crèche. The residential units will consist of five three-bed duplex units, nine three-bed apartments, 54 two-bed apartments, and 14 one-bed apartments. Location: Radisson SAS Hotel, East Link Road, Collinstown, Dublin Airport, Co Dublin. Proposed development: eight-storey hotel with 168 suites from first to seventh floor, restaurant, residents' lounge, foyer/reception area, administrative and staff rooms at ground floor level, housekeeping room and laundry room, and 103 car-parking spaces at basement level. Modify and extend Radisson SAS four-star house: demolish part of the conference and function area at ground floor level and nine suites to allow for extension of 155 suites from first to fourth floor level; add function and meeting rooms with conference reception area at ground floor level; extend restaurant; new bar/lounge area; fitness suite; 120 basement car-parking spaces; landscaping and site works.
