Dorset dream for ¬5.7 million

After Central London, Poole in Dorset is one of the most expensive property markets in the UK.

Savills is asking £4.5 million (€5.7m) for a newly built villa on the area's premier Sandbanks peninsula. Called Sandbanks House, the ultra-modern house is on four levels with balconies modelled on the prow of a ship and a large sand garden.
