  • Ballsbridge redbrick sells under the hammer for €3.3m

    SALES RESULTS: There were more than a few happy vendors in the auction rooms yesterday. Of the nine Dublin houses that went for auction, five were sold under the hammer and a sixth was sold immediately afterwards. Lisney secured €3.3 million for 9B Elgin Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, a three-bed over garden level house - €550,000 over the AMV of €2.75 million.
