Find your ancestorsTWO HOUSES for sale in Monkstown haven't been built yet, giving potential purchasers some say in the design, says selling agent Colliers Jackson-Stops.
There will be two four- bedroom houses on the site on Mounttown Road each with a slightly different layout.
They were designed by Derek Murphy Architects and the first measures about 260sq m (2,798sq ft) and is entered through a hallway into a double-height livingroom and kitchen. This house has a south-facing garden.
There are three en suite bedrooms upstairs and, in a part of the house that runs along the side of the garden, there is a bedroom and study.
The second house is 300sq m (3,229sq ft) and is also on an L-shaped plan with four bedrooms on two floors at the front, overlooking a courtyard. The main living areas and kitchen are on the top floor.
Buyers will be able to discuss the design and also have an allowance for the kitchen, bathrooms and flooring.
Price: €2.4m and €2.6m
