Find your ancestors934 homes for Kilcock site: McGarrell O'Reilly Homes is about to apply for planning permission to Meath County Council for a massive development of 934 homes on an 88-acre site at Newtownmoyaghy, Kilcock, Co Meath.
The development will be a mix of detached, semi-detached and terraced houses as well as duplexes and apartments.
A crèche and two public spaces - totalling some 14 acres - are also proposed in the plan.
A separate application to remodel the Rye Water river flood plain and build a distributor road running north-west through the site are currently on appeal with An Bord Pleanála.
76 homes for D18 site appealed
Cabinteely and District Residents Association has appealed a proposal by Alan and Lynda McFarlane to demolish two houses - Navrone and Tablick - on Brennanstown Road in Dublin 18 and replace them with 76 homes.
The residents say that even before a spate of proposed developments for the area are decided, Brennanstown Road is not capable of taking any more traffic.
The proposed Brennanstown Road Improvement Scheme involves making the road a one-way system which would send traffic to Cabinteely village to get to the M50.
