Apartment scheme selling well in Dublin 16

LISNEY New Homes is reporting that a quarter of the apartments at Cedar Grove in Dublin 16 have sold since its launch in late September - not bad in a sluggish market.

Locals downsizing and parents buying for their children were among early purchasers at the 18-unit scheme.
