Ailesbury Road house sells for around €7.75 million

Sales Results : Sherry FitzGerald has sold 33 Ailesbury Road, Dublin 4, a five-bed redbrick for in the region of €7.75m.

The property, which failed to sell at auction through another agency last March, was sold for close to the asking price of €7.75m according to agent Simon Ensor. The AMV in March was €8.5m. Also on Ailesbury Road, number 41, which is fitted out as offices, was withdrawn at auction last week and is quoting €8.5m through Lisney. Elsewhere, Lisney fetched €1.4 million at auction yesterday for a four-bedroom detached house on 0.1 of an acre - St Margarets, Greenfield Road, Sutton, Dublin 13. The property had an AMV of €950,000.
