Sell-out for apartments with tax breaks and keen prices

Tax breaks and keen prices are a winning combination so it's no surprise to hear that Hooke & MacDonald had a sell-out last weekend at Greeg Court, a Section 23 scheme in Parnell St, D1. All 115 units in the block sold out with prices from €295,000.

Meanwhile in Kilkenny DNG sold 53 units at the weekend at McDonagh Junction, a slick new residential scheme and shopping centre where half the buyers were from Dublin. No surprise given the value with apartments starting at €250,000.
