again this week with a number of high profile properties selling
for strong prices. McNally Handy & Partners yesterday got a
contract signed on number 43 Ailesbury Road, a large semi-detached
redbrick which had failed to sell at auction in March. It has now
sold for "well over" the asking price of €8.5 million,
according to John McNally.Meanwhile Colliers Jackson-Stops has sold the D6 home of
socialite Robin O'Reilly for a price in excess of €6.5
million. The Victorian two-storey over garden level redbrick at 26
Leeson Park attracted four conditions of sale and was sold in post
auction negotiations yesterday.
