Thu 01 Jan 2007Carroll plans office scheme in docklandsDeveloper Liam Carroll is proposing an office development that will provide a new urban square and a street linking New Wapping Street with Castleforbes Road in Dublin's north inner city as part of the first phase of a development.In his planning application to Dublin City Council, he is also looking to provide three routes linking the development to North Wall Quay.
