Lisney is expecting €1 million at auction on July 1st for Crag Lodge, a three-bedroom detached bungalow with colourful gardens running down to the shores of Dublin Bay.This is one of just four houses in a quiet gated cul-de-sac at the far end of Claremont Road, with Larry Mullen of U2 and State ombudsman Emily O'Reilly as neighbours. Given the simply gorgeous views across the sea to Ireland's Eye and Lambay Island, the 130 sq m (1,400 sq ft) house could surpass expectations on the day.
