but apparently Saipan is one of the few places in the world where
McDonald's restaurants have Spam on the menu, writes

And then of course there is Guam, the aptly named Pacific island
where Spam-loving McDonald's customers contribute to the world's
largest per capita consumption of what has been called a
"gelatinous pork brick".
