Charlton statement

FOLLOWING A recommendation from Ms Justice Harding Clark during the trial, mediation took place between the parties before Rory Brady SC.

An outcome has emerged and Mr and Mrs Kenny have agreed to purchase "Gorse Hill". We are very happy with this outcome. As we wish to bring closure to this very debilitating and traumatic episode in our lives, we will be making no further comment. We owe a debt of gratitude to our legal team, Eoghan Fitzsimons SC, Brian Murray SC, Eileen Barrington BL and to our solicitors Reddy Charlton McKnight.
