Tue 10 Oct 2007Man in court over Clontarf killingA man charged in connection with the death of a 50-year-old man in Clontarf was remanded in custody for a week at Dublin District Court yesterday.Michael Downes (41), who is originally from Clare but who the court heard is of no fixed abode, was charged with assault causing serious harm to Finbarr Dennehy.
