Fri 06 Jun 2007Action by consultant settledA consultant paediatrician who claimed she was subjected to "bullying and harassment" at Temple Street children's hospital has settled her action against the hospital.Dr Sufin Yap (45), who worked in a full-time position at the hospital from March 2002, but who claimed she had not been paid a salary since May 2005, had alleged intimidation, defamation, breach of contract and conspiracy.
