Kildare, who taught English German and French at Scoil Chriost Ri,
Presentation Secondary School, Portlaoise, Co Laois, claims she
suffered anxiety, stress and breach of contract arising from her
alleged unfair dismissal from her full- time teaching position
after she went on unpaid sick leave in October 2003.
