Tue 06 Jun 2004President urged to inform Bush of anti-war viewsProminent Christian church figures have called on the President, Mrs McAleese, and the Taoiseach, Mr Ahern, to inform President Bush of the Irish people's opposition to the war in Iraq when she meets him during his visit to Ireland this weekend.The churchmen, who are part of the NGO Peace Alliance, also urged Irish people to join a series of protests in Dublin and Clare during the weekend.
