Fri 05 May 2004Gardai treating death of man (27) as suspiciousGardaí in Cork are treating as suspicious the death of a 27-year-old man, whose body was discovered at his home in the city yesterday.The man was found by a family member in a downstairs bedroom of the family home at Fairhill Drive shortly after 5 a.m. He had suffered injuries to his neck and was lying in a pool of blood. There were no signs of a break-in and no weapon was found at the scene.
