Fri 05 May 2004Two lose convictions appealTwo young men each jailed for 15 months for reckless endangerment following the death of a friend lost their appeal against their convictions in the Court of Criminal Appeal yesterday.The court will later hear submissions on the men's appeal against their sentences. The two have been on bail since they were sentenced at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
