Wed 05 May 2004Release of fatal bus accident report postponedDublin Bus has postponed releasing the report into the fatal bus accident at Wellington Quay which claimed five lives after the Director of Public Prosecutions said publication could prejudice a fair trial.After the DPP sought a deferral of publication until his office had concluded its deliberation on the case, Dublin Bus was unable to say yesterday when it would be in a position to release the report.
