Tue 05 May 2004ASTI to pay member's legal bill of €76,000An ASTI executive member who took it to the High Court three years ago is to have his legal bill of approximately €76,000 paid by the teaching union.This follows a specially-convened meeting of the union's central executive committee on Saturday, where delegates debated a motion calling for the decision to pay Mr Bernard Lynch's fees to be rescinded.
