Fri 08 Aug 2003Call to avert school traffic chaosThe Irish Road Haulage Association has called on the Minister for Transport, Mr Brennan, to show that a school transport management strategy will be operated at the start of the new school year next week.The association has also asked that the Departments of Transport, Education and Finance introduce plans to change the way parents bring their children to school.
