Mon 12 Dec 2002Group withdraws from organs inquiryThe group campaigning for an inquiry into the retention of organs has called for the Dunne inquiry to be stood down. The inquiry was set up to examine post-mortem practices in hospitals and the retention of body parts.Following an emergency general meeting at the weekend, Parents for Justice members signed mandates seeking the return of all their documents from the Dunne inquiry and withdrawing permission for the inquiry to use their files in any future report.
