Thu 11 Nov 2002Localised flooding is still a threat todayThe worst of the recent heavy rain has passed away but threats of further localised flooding in Munster still linger with heavy downpours expected today, according to Met Éireann.Today's outlook is for a sunny start but heavy showers affecting mainly the south and west will be widespread by lunchtime.
