Sat 10 Oct 2007Confusion over impact of rules on provisional licences There was confusion last night about the likely impact of the new regulations on drivers with provisional licences, with the Minister for Transport, Noel Dempsey, appearing to be at odds with the Garda over the implementation of the system.
