Sat 12 Dec 2007Profits sunny side up at Dublin's Cafe SolProfits at Cafe Sol, the Dublin sandwich and coffee shop chain, doubled to €900,000 in the year to March 31st last, according to company accounts just filed.Gross profit increased to €4.8 million from €3.3 million, while operating profits rose to €1 million from €534,000.
