    Summons server Frank Begg serving a summons to solicitor Michael Lynn at his home in St Alban's Park, Sandymount, Dublin. Mr Lynn failed to appear in court yesterday morning to be crossexamined by the Law Society. Gardaí have been ordered to arrest solicitor Michael Lynn and bring him before the High Court this morning for failing to comply with an order requiring him to answer questions in court about property dealings which have contributed to his estimated liabilities of €80 million. p
