Fri 04 Apr 2007€128.8m record profit for ICSProfit at ICS Building Society rose 13.6 per cent to a record €128.8 million last year, writes Caroline Madden.The growth was underpinned by a strong performance in the mortgage market, with new mortgage lending at the Bank of Ireland subsidiary climbing by 14 per cent to €1.963 million, while its mortgage book jumped by almost 20 per cent to €6.227 million.
