Fri 04 Apr 2007If you don't make a will . . .If you die without making a will, the law provides that your spouse is entitled to your entire estate if there are no children, according to the Law Society.If you leave a spouse and children your spouse gets two-thirds and one-third goes to your children. If you do not have a spouse, your entire estate goes to your children.
