Wed 11 Nov 2002Enforcer seeks accessThe Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement is seeking access to the inspectors' papers in so far as they relate to three individuals.The individuals are Mr Padraig Collery, Mr Sam Field Corbett and Mr Jack Stakelum. Yesterday the court was told that Mr Field Corbett had every intention of being present for any hearing. An indication to the contrary had been made in court on Friday, the court was told. This arose in error. The matter was adjourned on Friday. It is understood it is unlikely to go ahead until after Mr Justice Finnegan has ruled on the similar application from the Revenue.
