A former wholesale fashion outlet which has come on the letting market in Dublin's Drury Street is likely to be considered as a venue for a private club, medical centre, art gallery or offices.

Bogle Estates is quoting a rent of €150,000 for the three-storey building at 40B Drury Street (above) which has a total floor area of 277.14sq m (2,983sq ft).
