A refurbished freehold office building at 1 Ormond Quay in Dublin 1 has come on the market through Douglas Newman Good Commercial with a guide price of €2 million.

The four-storey over basement building is close to the intersection with Capel Street and Grattan Bridge and within a few minutes walk of both the Morrison and Clarence hotels. It has 143.33sq m (1,543sq ft) and new owners will also be able to use four car-parking spaces close by.
