Wed 09 Sep 2007Top tenants sign up for space in new Dublin 1 office blockOffice LettingsThe Health and Safety Authority has relocated across the Liffey from Hogan Place at Lower Canal Street, Dublin 2, to a newly completed office block in the north inner city.The authority is to rent 2,200sq m (23,680sq ft) in the impressive Metropolitan Building at James Joyce Street, close to the International Financial Services Centre. It is likely to be paying a rent of over €322 per sq m (€30 per sq ft).
