  • Esso to offload four more service stations

    Investments:  The turmoil in the Irish petroleum market stemming from reduced profit margins takes another turn today when Esso launches a marketing campaign to sell four further service stations, two of them in the Dublin area and one each in Galway and Mayo.

    Offices:  With East Point Business Park in the Dublin docklands enjoying considerable success, there is likely to be strong interest in a newly completed headquarters block which has come on the letting market.

    Market Report: Dublin is the sixth most expensive location for office space in the world. It has rushed up this unenviable list after moving from 12th position last year, according to a new international study released today.
