O'Reilly increases stake in INM

Sir Antony O’Reilly has increased his shareholding in Independent News & Media (INM) to 27.88 per cent.

In a statement to the stock exchange this morning Mr O’Reilly said he had purchased 500,000 shares yesterday at a price of €2.05.

Businessman Denis O’Brien, who has been stake-building in INM holds a 21.07 per cent share in the company.
