Two for court over assault charges
Two men have been arrested and charged over an alleged assault in Cahir, Co Tipperary last weekend.
Five men were arrested following a complaint of a serious sexual assault in Clonmel on March 15 th last. Three were subsequently released without charge.
The two men who have been charged are aged 22 and 23 years. One man was remanded to Limerick prison. The other was released on bail.
Both men are due back before Cahir District Court on Friday.
