17:29 Charlotte Mulhall (25) today lost her appeal against her conviction for murdering her mother's boyfriend and dumping his dismembered body in Dublin's Royal Canal. Mulhall was jailed for life in 2006 for stabbing Kenyan man Farah Swaleh Noor 20 times and cutting up his body. Charlotte and sister Linda (32) were convicted of killing Mr Noor in March 2005 after a drinking session at their mother's home in Summerhill, in the north inner city.
