Fri 09 Sep 2007All-Ireland driver ban from 2008A ban on dangerous drivers across all-Ireland will be in place by next year, according to ministers from Northern Ireland and the Republic.Northern Ireland Department of Environment minister Arlene Foster said it was not acceptable that drivers disqualified in the North could escape the restriction in the Republic.
