Find your ancestorsTwo armed masked men have made off with an undisclosed amount of cash after robbing two security van employees outside a bank in Galway this morning.
The raid took place outside a bank premises in Mervue Industrial Estate, Co Galway at around 11 o'clock. One of the security van employees was slightly injured.
It is believed the men were armed with a shotgun and a knife and both were wearing balaclavas. They made their escape from the scene in a red car.
