13:03 A 25-year-old Co Wiclow man was charged today with the murder of 31-year-old nurse Sara Neligan. Ms Neligan, daughter of prominent heart surgeon Maurice Neligan, was found stabbed to death in her Dublin apartment on Thursday night. Brian McBarron (25) appeared at Dublin District Court today charged with her murder in an apartment on Pearse Street. Ms Neligan's body was discovered at the Wintergarden apartment complex after friends alerted the gardai they had not seen her for a number of days. She was stabbed a number of times, the court heard today.
