Three acts added to 'Picnic' line-up

Three more acts have been added to the line-up of the Electric Picnic music festival which takes place in Co Laois in August.

Nouvelle Vague, Duke Special and Scott Matthews will be performing at the sold-out event starting on August 31st and finishing on September 2nd in Stradbally.

The Electric Picnic line-up already includes The Beastie Boys doing their first Irish show in over a decade, the recently reformed Iggy And The Stooges, Bjork, ex-Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker, The Jesus And Mary Chain, LCD Soundsystem, Primal Scream and the Damon Albarn-led The Good, The Bad and The Queen.

Modest Mouse, Craig Armstrong, Soul II Soul, Paul Hartnoll's The Ideal Condition and the Dublin Gospel Choir also play the event.
