Wed 01 Jan 2007Student shot dead in WashingtonOne student was shot dead in a high school hallway in Tacoma, Washington, as classes were starting this morning, and police arrested another student found wandering in a neighbourhood a few miles away, officials said.The murdered student's age and many details of the 7.30am shooting at Foss High School were not immediately released, but police spokesman Mark Fulghum said no one else was hurt.
