Sun 04 Apr 2003Five charged over Belfast hit-and-run deathFive men have been charged in connection with the death of a man in a hit and run incident in north Belfast.The men, aged between 17 and 28, will appear at Belfast Magistrates Court tomorrow on a series of charges related to the death of Rossa Quigley.
