Irish alternative rock band Delorentos release their long-awaited third album, Little Sparks, on Friday, January 27, 2012, followed by a nine-date nationwide tour.
The Dublin-based four-piece recorded the 12-track album with Mercury Prize Winner Rob Kirwan (U2, PJ Harvey). Two and a half years in the making, the album has already been called the group's "best work to date" (entertainment.ie).
Giving it four stars, Hotpress called it, “An early bid for Irish album of the year" and stated, "Little Sparks is the sound of a group striving to write the flab-free, solid-gold pop record of their lives, mission accomplished.”
The group's nine-date nationwide tour kicks off February 25th in Dublin at the Button Factory, and wraps up on March 31st. The week of release will see a number of secret gigs and special once-off events taking place throughout the country.
