Patrick Dempsey To Star In Comedy From Hangover Writers
McDreamy himself, Patrick Dempsey, has attached himself to a new film from the writers of The Hangover, Jon Lucas and Scott Moore. The as-yet-untitled romantic comedy, see's Dempsey's character caught up in a double bank robbery. If that wasn't eventful enough for one production, he's madly in love with the bank teller but doesn't have the sufficient balls to tell her. Lucas and Moore were credited as the sole writers of The Hangover, but talking to its director Todd Phillips, that didn't seem to be the case, as he and writing partner Scot Armstrong apparently did a lot of uncredited work to make the film we all know and love. Still, Dempsey has proved himself to be a draw when it comes to putting female arses in seats, and will next appear in the ensemble comedy Valentine's Day.
