One of Kilkenny's best known restaurants, Zuni is part of the boutique hotel of the same name.
Situated in the heart of Kilkenny's 400 year old medieval city centre, Zuni is stylish and contemporary and has attracted rave reviews from food critics.
There's a courtyard which makes al fresco dining possible on (dry) summer days.
The building originally opened in 1902 as Kilkenny's first theatre.
Proprietors Paul and Paula Byrne took over the building in the year 2000 and transformed the premises into a stylish 13 bedroom hotel, restaurant and deli-cafe.
Chef Maria Raftery and her team have won a loyal local clientele who enjoy watching the preparation of food through the open kitchen.
"Our aim is for all our guests to walk out that door completely satisfied," says Paul Byrne.
