With Ireland’s capital city Dublin taking up most of Leinster's population and produce, you’d be forgiven for thinking that the rest of the province was slightly lacking in dining options. There is no end of great restaurants in Dublin, and some counties in Leinster may not exactly inspire gastronomical diversity.
