Lough Bofinne, Bantry, Cork, Republic of Ireland
Lough Bofinne is three miles east of Bantry in County Cork and is regularly stocked with adult rainbow trout. It is an attractive 25 acre, clear water lake where anglers can also find the occasional pike, perch, eels and rudd.
The development of Lough Bofinne is a joint venture between Bantry Anglers' Association and the South-Western Regional Fisheries Board. Successful angling methods include worms with a float or small spinners.
Boat are available for hire and open season runs from 1 April to 30 September.
