Ballynatray House and Gardens are located in County Waterford, close to Youghal at the Blackwater River. This house was built on the former estates of Molana Priory in 1795 by Grice Smyth.

To the east of the House lies the Walled Garden which historically contained the kitchen garden, a series of terraced formal gardens and an arboretum. The Arboretum design comprises a series of elliptical glades connected by lawns commanding various vistas of the Blackwater River.

The Kitchen Garden was designed by Patrick Bowe in 200 and provides fresh fruit, vegetables and cut flowers to the house throughout the year.

The Fragrant Garden was designed by Richard Taylor of Talylor-Tripp Associates, Hampshire in 2008. A 'parterre de broderie' has been planted in Box surrounded by an informal planting comprising of fragrant flowering plants.

Dogs are allowed, but must be on a lead. The gardens are open from 4th May until 1st August and from 11th August until the 25th August.
